Do you take custom orders?
Yes — custom orders are a meaningful part of the Tabby practice. Theresa works with clients to choose the right textile, size, and finish. Reach out through the form below or by email to start the conversation. Lead times vary by availability and complexity, typically 3–6 weeks.
Are all pieces truly one of a kind?
Most pieces are made in very small batches — often one or two of a design — because the textiles themselves are limited. Once a fabric is gone, that particular piece cannot be replicated. Some silhouettes recur across different textiles, but the exact combination of cloth, trim, and colour is rarely repeated.
Where can I buy Tabby pieces?
The primary place to purchase is the Tabby Handbags shop on Etsy.
Do you offer wholesale or consignment?
Wholesale inquiries are welcome from independent boutiques whose aesthetic aligns with the brand. Please use the contact form and select "Wholesale inquiry" so Theresa can respond with the relevant information.
What is your return or exchange policy?
Because each piece is handmade, returns are handled case by case. If something arrives damaged or is not as described, Theresa will work with you to make it right. Please reach out within 7 days of receipt. Alterations to artwork will not interfere with the sincerity of the artist's intention.
